Andrew Howroyd FCMI, FinstAM, MIod - Director -  is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, a Fellow of the Institute of Administrative Management and a Member of the Institute of Directors.

With over 30 years' experience in the International Finance Industry including Banks, Insurance, Lawyers and Company and Trust Service providers.   Andrew is Director of Westwinds as well as being the Company Secretary.

Andrew, in addition to dealing with his portfolio of clients and a director and signatory of entities under Westwinds management, is the company Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) as well as being responsible for new business, providing backup and support to other members of staff in relation to client and technical matters.  Andrew also oversees the company's IT Systems and their development. Andrew also holds the Offshore Certificate in Companies and Trusts (a level 5 qualification).

Andrew Kinrade FCMI, MIoD -  Director - Is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a Member of the Institute if Directors. 

Andrew's primary role is that of Client Services Manager, being a Director and Officer of client entities.  Andrew has 30 years' experience in Company and Trust Administration which covers a variety of entity types, jurisdictions and structures having complete the Certificate in International Financial Administration (a level 5 Qualification) early in his career.  Andrew is also responsible for new business with Alex Lee


Alexander Lee FCMI, MIoD - Director-  Is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a Member of the Institute if Directors.

Alex's primary role is that of Client Services Manager having 30 years industry experience across several sectors, managing client entities and structures.  Alex is also responsible for new business with Andrew Kinrade.
